RCS Onboarding
If the user has a CPaaS Account
Steps:
- Reach out to [email protected] /Account manager & get RCS enabled
- Share the CPaaS account API key to [email protected] /Account manager to get RCS enabled in CE Journeys
If the user does not have a CPaaS Account
Steps:
- Reach out to [email protected]/Account manager and get Bizbond & CPaaS account created - specifying that RCS needs to be enabled
- step 1 is successfully done, Share the CPaaS account API key to [email protected] /Account manager to get RCS enabled in CE Journeys
Important Note
- One CPaaS account can be linked with one CE account
- In case user has multiple agents/bots live for RCS, separate CPaaS and CE accounts need to be created
- CPaaS account once integrated cannot be removed/updated
