We store upto 4 months of historic catalogue as well as user interaction data for this dashboard.
Using the “Customize” option, you can rearrange the different widgets on the dashboard as per your liking and even unsee any if you wish.

The five tabs at the top namely “Total Products”, “In stock”, “Out of Stock”, “Discontinued”, “Active” represent the availability breakdown of your entire catalogue. It monitors the overall health of the catalogue and tracks high level numbers.

Total Products
Total number of unique products present in your Product Catalogue

In stock
Total unique products in your catalogue that are available in stock for purchase.

Out of stock
Total unique products in your catalogue that are currently out of stock.

Discontinued
Total unique products that have been permanently discontinued.

Active
Total unique products that are actively selling currently.

Each of these five tabs can also be used as a filter to be applied across all other charts in this dashboard.
For example: If you click on ‘In Stock’, then all the charts would show numbers and trends for only the In Stock products.

Conversion Metrics

Conversion metrics allows you to track the funnel a customer goes through starting from Viewing a product then adding it to cart and finally either purchasing the product or abandoning the cart.
This helps you understand how many products from your Catalogue are actually being shown to the customers, how many products are actually being bought, essentially understanding the exposure various products in your catalogue are receiving.

There are two views to look at this :

User view - This view enables you to look at the unique number of customers who have done each of the above activities.

Unique customers actively interacting(views, clicks, add-to-carts, purchases) with the products

Unique customers who viewed your catalogue products

Unique customers who added products to their carts

Unique customers who placed orders

Product view - This view enables you to look at the unique number of products that were viewed, added to cart, ordered or abandoned across your catalogue.

Total revenue generated across all products in the catalogue for the selected time range.

Average daily revenue

Average revenue generated for every product click across all products in the catalogue.

Sales Performance

This widget shows the performance of the product catalogue in terms of number of products sold.

Average daily sales
It shows the average number of products(units) sold in a day.

Sales per view
It shows us the number of products sold for every product view across your catalogue.

Sales per click
It shows the number of products sold for every product click across your catalogue.

Inventory Trend

This metric shows the Total number of products (units) added in the inventory/catalogue as compared to the number of units sold in the same period.

Interaction Trend

You can measure the way customers are engaging and interacting with the products of the catalogue using Interaction trend. Understand the drop-off at each point as customers go from clicking on products to adding it to cart to finally purchasing it. The graph, which is essentially a time series graph, dictates the respective metric with the duration selected. Each metric can be viewed in a day wise, week wise and month wise manner.

Click-through rate
It shows the percentage of clicks received on products against the total number of views on them.

Cart-through rate
It shows the percentage of add-to-carts of products against the total number of views on them.

Conversion rate
It shows the percentage of purchases of products against the total number of views on them.

Platform Interaction

Understand where do you get the highest traffic from through this pie-chart, which shows the interactions distribution for all your products across different platforms.
Interactions would be a total of Clicks, Add-to-carts and Purchases.

Top 10, Bottom 10 - Summaries

Product
List of your top 10 best performing products as well as bottom 10 worst performing products ranked according to revenue by default.

  • Drop-down menu shows the option to choose ‘bottom 10’.
  • Products can also be sorted in ascending or descending order by ‘Units sold’ or ‘Conversion rate’.
  • Clicking on ‘View all Products’ takes you to the entire product list.

This is the place where you will be able to monitor several granular level metrics tracked at an individual product level as well as at an aggregated category and subcategory level. This provides complete visibility of what's working and what is not and what actions can be taken to improve the overall performance.

  • You can search any product using their product name or product id from this listing.
  • You can also download these reports from the dashboard as csv files.
  • All these attributes can also be sorted in ascending or descending order.
  • The entire list can also be filtered using all the attributes and for any value.
