App push notification personalization
You can personalize your app push notification message based on customer attributes or activities done by the users.
a)Attribute personalization
For attribute personalization, select from a list of user attributes.
Note
- Attribute based personalization is available for both broadcast as well as journey campaigns.
- You can personalize following fields:
- Title
- Message
- Landing page Deeplink/URL
- Subtitle field
- Rich media - Image URL
- Action Buttons
b) Activity personalization
Activity personalization can be done in the App Push part of the Content section, where Raman, our AI engine, can help with activity personalization.
Note
- Activity based personalization is available for only journey campaigns. It is not available for Broadcast campaigns
- Payload header is case sensitive
- You can personalize following fields:
- Title
- Message
- Landing page Deeplink/ URL
- Subtitle field
- Rich media - Image URL
- Action Buttons
