Privacy Policy

This document governs the manner in which Netcore Cloud Pvt. Ltd ("We", "Netcore CEE" "Us" "Our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from its clients ("You, "Your"). This privacy policy applies to all the services offered by us.

Information Collection

We may collect personal identification information like name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc. when you register with us, when you avail our services, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill up a form on Netcore's website or on CEE. However, we will collect such information only if you submit voluntarily. We may also collect non-personal identification information from you when you interact with our website or the application. This may include browser name, the type of computer and technical information about your means of connection to our website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Information Usage

We use the collected information to provide & improve our services, to enhance your experience, to send periodic informative communication, to understand your needs, and to respond to your requests in a better way. We do not share any information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We warrant that all customer data remains the property of our clients. We will not use, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise expose the contents of the tracking information resulting from click through, message opened, message read, or e-commerce conversions. We provide an SSL encrypted, password-protected mechanism for viewing and extracting customer data. We maintain all customer data in a carrier-class secure facility protected by firewalls and other security devices.

Unsolicited Commercial Communication (SPAM)

We are committed to providing a permission-based model for digital marketing. To ensure that, we follow a strict anti-spam policy for all our clients. All clients are explicitly prohibited from sending any unsolicited material to recipients who have not expressed their permission to receive communications. Please refer to our Anti-Spam Policy. Additionally, our services can only be used for lawful purposes and cannot violate any rules or laws laid down by statute.
These policies are part of Netcore's broader-reaching Acceptable Use Policy that each of our clients are contractually bound to. Violation of this policy will lead to a speedy termination of all access to our application, servers, and network.

User Data and Security

Anonymous Usage Data
Netcore may monitor the use of the Netcore Services by its customers generally and use technical metadata about the Customer’s use of the Netcore Services gathered in an aggregate and anonymous manner in order to improve Netcore Services. Netcore may use, sell, and publish such information, provided that such information does not identify Customer or any Customer Material in any way. For clarity, any data Netcore provides to third parties will only be in an aggregated and anonymous manner with sufficient other customer information such that the Customer may not be identified or discovered via analysis of the aggregated data.

Security

Netcore will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized use, access, processing, destruction, loss, or disclosure of any Customer Materials stored or processed by Netcore Services. In the case of a confirmed unauthorized use, access, processing, destruction, loss, or disclosure of any such Customer Materials by a third party (a “Security Incident”).NetCore will notify the Customer after Netcore becomes aware of the Security Incident.

Data Protection

Each party shall at all times during the term of this Agreement comply with all applicable legislation pertaining to data protection, data privacy, data retention, and/or data security (including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act) and all associated codes of practice and other guidance issued by any applicable data protection authority (“Data Protection Legislation”). The EU/UK GDPR means (i) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “EUGDPR”); (ii) the EU GDPR as saved into United Kingdom law by virtue of section 3 of the United Kingdom's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the “UK GDPR”); (iii) the EU e-Privacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC); and (iv) any and all applicable national data protection laws made under, pursuant to or that apply in conjunction with any of (i), (ii) or (iii); in each case as may be amended or superseded from time to time. To the extent applicable under the Data Protection Legislation, each party will obtain and maintain all appropriate consents, and registrations required in order to allow that party to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We have the discretion to update the policy whenever deemed necessary. If we change the privacy policy, we will post the changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places deemed appropriate so that our clients are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
