Conversion attribution logic

Configurable Conversion Window
The configurable conversion window feature allows you, as a campaign manager, to customize the conversion window for both in-app and web message campaigns. This enables better analysis of user interactions and optimization of campaign effectiveness.

How to Use:

  1. Access the campaign setup section while creating a campaign.
  2. Set conversion goals by specifying parameters like conversion event, event payload, and revenue.
  3. Revenue parameter tracking is also enabled for Onsite channels now.
  4. Define the conversion window duration in minutes, hours, or days. By default it will be set to 1 day.

Click-Based Conversion Tracking
The click-based conversion tracking feature improves the accuracy of conversion attribution by shifting the conversion window logic to the last click timestamp instead of the viewed timestamp. This provides more reliable insights into user interactions.

Control Group Logic Change
The control group logic change feature enables you to implement control group logic for campaigns, facilitating A/B testing and comparison of campaign effectiveness with and without message exposure.

How to Use:

  1. Enable the control group toggle for your campaigns.
  2. Understand that each campaign with control group enabled is split into test group (TG) and control group (CG).
  3. Note that the control group icon will be displayed in the campaign listing page if the control group toggle is enabled.
  4. Set the control group percentage from 1% to 99%, ensuring accurate testing.
  5. Analyze campaign performance by comparing test group (TG) and control group (CG) metrics separately.
