The much-awaited event analytics tab is now live in the Behavior Dashboard. Analyze your web and app events in depth, see & compare their trends & drill down across various dimensions.

Quick highlights:

• Trend of your events for current and previous duration
• Top 25 payload parameters for a event
• Events by time of the day
• Events by number of times it is performed by the users
• Events by user type & a quick glimpse of recent 5 users who performed the event
• Events by app version, SDK version, device brands, models, browser & OS platform
• Events by attributed Smartech communication channels
• Compare trends of upto 5 events at once

Head over to the Behaviour Dashboard and click on the ‘Events’ tab.
